Bangladesh government has brought revolutionary changes in the field of education. Action-oriented and applied education is needed to build skilled manpower. Therefore, the traditional education system has been abandoned and creative ones have been introduced.

Educational tours, Olympiads, science fairs, spring festivals, visits to industrial establishments, sports and cultural activities, celebrations of national days, debate festivals, annual banquets, social service activities.The college will organize workshops for teachers and students to adapt quickly to this new system. In this workshop teachers will be trained by skilled trainers. Meditation program will be included in the education program of Kaliganj Central College for concentration and self-development of students and its benefits will also be reaped.
